Inbound Marketing Director

Inbound Marketing Director wanted! We are looking for a senior marketing manager with agency experience, native English, and strong leadership skills. You will be the conductor of a team of fantastic international Inbound Marketers and directly manage our pioneering B2B tech clients.

What you will be doing

  • Leading the Inbound Account Managers to devise unique content and social media strategies for customers.
  • Planning and analyzing marketing strategies using marketing automation tools.
  • Managing customers through the Hubspot platform and becoming an evangelist of the most advanced marketing automation tool on the planet.
  • Some hands-on marketing activities for your clients such as social media, content management, and marketing automation implementation.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and ongoing clients as well as detecting up-sale opportunities.
  • Developing and optimizing in-house processes
  • Mentoring the team both personally and professionally.

Requirements

  • Native  English – a must
  • 3-5 years senior marketing experience (agency experience is a significant advantage)
  • A strong leader, capable of motivating the team into action
  • Significant experience in an account management position
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail
  • A genuine love for technology and staying on top of  a rapidly changing industry
  • Quick learner and a hard worker
